Okay - so we flew into Seattle on Saturday night and feasted on some of the best pizza around before catching about two hours of sleep...The next day we headed up to
Guemes Island with Will, Jay and Alice dog - Kevin, Marianne and Willow meet up with us there. I expected a really rustic place and anticipated lumpy beds and a dank odor (rainy climate and all) - what we got was a fabulous place totally outfitted, comfy beds (wicked comfy), no dank odor and glorious sunshine! A great start to a
truly fantastic week.
The spot we stayed at - we could have had at least four more people and still been comfortable in this house - it is huge.
