Little Althea Rose,
I am sitting here with tears of joy in my eyes seeing you in your Dad's and your Mom's arms for the first time. From knowing all the wonderful things this world has in store for you. From all the love in my heart and in your Uncle George's heart for you. From the joy of you being born into our lives. I can hardly wait to see you grow, learn, laugh, and love. PS: I spotted an awesome play structure over the weekend....everyone thinks I am nuts for wanting to bring it home for you as you can't really distinguish blonde adults yet. I suppose they are right but when you are ready, it will be waiting for you!!
